Position: Business to Business Account Lead
We are seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time, permanent role, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, although we are open to slight adjustments to this schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for our B2B clientele, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Identify and pursue avenues for sales enhancement by proposing innovative product ranges, negotiating pricing strategies, and orchestrating promotional activities.
- Address and resolve daily inquiries from clients promptly and efficiently.
- Lead client meetings, articulating their needs to internal teams effectively.
- Conduct weekly analyses of sales performance and service levels.
Required Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a dynamic professional setting.
- Strong background in customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capacity to take ownership of decisions and actions.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit.

- Experience in food retail or FMCG sectors.
- Previous line management experience.
- Background in sales or business-oriented roles.
- Degree-level education.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (grades A-C) or equivalent qualifications.
