We are seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time, permanent role, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, although we are open to slight adjustments to this schedule.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for our B2B clientele, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Identify and pursue avenues for sales enhancement by proposing innovative product ranges, negotiating pricing strategies, and orchestrating promotional activities.
  • Address and resolve daily inquiries from clients promptly and efficiently.
  • Lead client meetings, articulating their needs to internal teams effectively.
  • Conduct weekly analyses of sales performance and service levels.
