About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nurse to join our Haematology Clinical Nurse Specialists team in providing person-centred care for all our patients.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Specialist and Medical teams to provide expert advice and support for patients with Haematology conditions.

The role involves developing and sustaining partnership working with individual groups, communities, and agencies to support the implementation of the Living With and Beyond Cancer agenda and stratified pathways of care.

The successful candidate will also facilitate the planning and delivery of care programmes to address patient needs and develop/improve the service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Clinical Nurse Specialist and Medical teams to provide expert advice and support for patients with Haematology conditions.
  • Develop and sustain partnership working with individual groups, communities, and agencies to support the implementation of the Living With and Beyond Cancer agenda and stratified pathways of care.
  • Facilitate the planning and delivery of care programmes to address patient needs and develop/improve the service.
Person Specification

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nurse who is passionate about providing person-centred care to patients with Haematology conditions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

They will also have a strong understanding of the Haematology service and the ability to develop and sustain partnership working with individual groups, communities, and agencies.
