We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at SPOKE. As a key member of our Product team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering our quarterly collections.

As our Production Manager, you will be the driving force behind our end-to-end production process. You will work closely with our Buying & Merchandising team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up seasonal costing and delivery schedules
  • Manage the Critical Path, chasing suppliers for weekly reports and conducting bi-weekly meetings
  • Flag any issues in real-time with proposed resolutions
  • Distribute approved POs to suppliers
  • Approve invoices as they come in, matching to POs and flagging any reconciliation issues
  • Place fabric and greige orders where required
  • Manage trim stocks to ensure availability and control liability
  • Collate and review costings with the Head of Production to ensure target margin is achieved
  • Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange shipment bookings and monitor deliveries
  • Report on weekly intake and communicate any delays across the business
  • Manage running liability and yearly stock takes
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in a similar production or project management role
  • Proven track record working with complex supply chains, ideally in Europe, Turkey, and the Far East
  • Crystal-clear communication and people skills
  • High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with a willingness to learn new systems as required
  • A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills
  • Experience in Menswear is useful but not necessary
