About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an After Sales Administrator. As a key member of our property sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience throughout the home buying process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register client details and maintain accurate records
  • Chase key stakeholders, including mortgage advisers, solicitors, and surveyors, to ensure timely completion of sales
  • Gather required documents, such as identification, mortgage agreements, and insurance policies
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues
Requirements
  • Demonstrable track record of success in an administrative role, preferably in the property industry
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using technology, including software and systems, to manage client data and communicate with stakeholders
