Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Sales and Administrative Assistant to join our team at Spicerhaart Group Ltd. as an After Sales Administrator. This is a part-time opportunity that requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chase key stakeholders throughout the home buying process, ensuring timely completion of sales transactions.
  • Gather and verify required documents, including mortgage agreements and insurance policies.
  • Manage the home buying process to ensure successful completion, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, maintaining accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Basic annual salary between £17,500 to £22,000 (dependent on experience).
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
  • Passport/Birth Certificate.
