About the Role

Market 36 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by managing quotes and orders, providing administrative support, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order and Quote Management: Process orders and quotations using our in-house system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain detailed communication with other departments, providing updates and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the customer care department, manage inbound enquiries, and liaise with customers regarding order specifications and quotations.
  • Internal Meetings and Scheduling: Attend internal meetings, schedule orders, and liaise with other internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
  • CRM System Management: Update the CRM system accordingly, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • Proactive Approach: Demonstrate a proactive approach to work, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and clear telephone manner.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in MS Office and have a strong attention to detail.
  • Previous Experience: Have previous administration experience, with previous sales experience in costing, pricing, and quotations being an advantage.
