Sales Progressor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Sales Progressor to join our team at haart. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing multiple client relationships, coordinating the home buying process, and ensuring a smooth completion of sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Register client details and maintain accurate records
• Chase key stakeholders, including mortgage advisers, solicitors, surveyors, and vendors, to ensure timely completion of sales
• Gather required documents, including identification, mortgage agreements, and insurance policies
• Manage the home buying process to ensure successful completion
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

Requirements

• Demonstrable track record of success in an administrative role, preferably in estate agency or residential lettings
• Knowledge of the home buying process and ability to navigate complex sales transactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities
• Basic annual salary between £17,500 to £22,000, depending on experience
• Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a percentage of the pipeline
