We are seeking a talented Digital Learning Content Specialist to join our dynamic team at CA Tech Talent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing digital learning content that transforms traditional materials into engaging online courses.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop and curate digital learning content using tools like Articulate Rise, transforming traditional materials into engaging online courses.
  • Video Content: Capture, edit, and animate video content, and design graphics or infographics to enhance online learning experiences.
  • User Experience: Maintain and optimise the user experience on the learning platform, ensuring a structured and accessible curriculum that meets learner needs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to align content with learning objectives, while managing multiple projects and staying current with e-learning trends.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in digital content creation, e-learning tools (Articulate Rise), and video editing/animation software (Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Project Management: Strong project management and organisational skills, with a solid understanding of user experience principles.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and a passion for digital skills training.
  • Desirable: Experience with the LearnWorlds platform and knowledge of the digital skills landscape.
