Located in a rural setting, our dedicated support team provides 24-hour care to individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and Down syndrome, within their own residences.

This role focuses on providing Waking Night Support in the designated area. You will be instrumental in delivering personalized assistance to individuals with complex needs and learning disabilities. The position entails both independent work and collaboration within a team, ensuring that the necessary support is provided according to risk assessments and support plans. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular safety checks to ensure the well-being and comfort of the individuals we support.
  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Assisting with morning and evening routines.
  • Keeping accurate written records using IT systems, including updates to support plans, incident logs, and health and safety documentation.
  • Creating a calm and therapeutic atmosphere for those we assist.
  • Supporting individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.

Comprehensive training and induction will be provided prior to starting, along with opportunities for work shadowing. You will join a well-established team that is friendly and welcoming.
