Deputy Manager (Registered Nurse) Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager (Registered Nurse) to join our friendly care home team in Berwick-upon-Tweed. Our care home offers round-the-clock care and has a fantastic reputation, with an overall GOOD CQC rating.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues.
  • Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence.
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to provide exceptional care.
Training and Development:

We offer a structured induction programme and access to clear development pathways. You will have the opportunity to progress within the care home and develop your skills and expertise.
