Join Our Team as a Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care Group. As a Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Home Manager in leading the care home and a team of employees to deliver exceptional levels of care to all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding care experiences that promote choice and independence for residents.
  • Achieve the highest possible standards of care and enhance the resident experience by ensuring adherence to company policies, regulations, and care plans.
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to implement care home policies and develop an excellent reputation.
  • Develop personal relationships with residents, their relatives, and visitors to enhance their quality of life.
  • Deputise in the overall management of the care home, including report production, budgeting, and Quality of Life monitoring.
  • Take responsibility for the health, safety, and welfare of yourself and others, including colleagues, residents, and visitors to the Home.
  • Ensure that you and the team attend training days and courses to maintain learning records and individual development.

Requirements:

  • A registered nurse with experience in managing a team and ensuring staff supervision and rotas are in place.
  • Experience in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services.
  • Able to support and guide others in line with the NMC Code and follow its guidance at all times.
  • Experienced in working in the healthcare sector.
  • Driven and motivated, with a passion for quality care.
  • An energetic, committed, and approachable manager.
  • An inspiring leader who can motivate teams through obvious passion and commitment.
  • A natural networker with internal and external stakeholders.
