Time to Care are currently looking for Enabling Staff in the Haydon Bridge and surrounding area.
We offer competitive rates of pay and the opportunity for promotion so that you can improve you earnings by hitting your targets.
We offer a referral bonus if you refer a new member staff to us and a retention bonus for staff who stay with us, as well as a bonus if you achieve a full year without any sick leave.
We are seeking staff who would are flexible and prepared to do day/night shifts as required. Nights can be sleeping or waking depending upon preference. Shift lengths from 4hrs to 12hrs.
The client group in this service is varied and you would be expected to support people with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health problems, autism or Personality Disorder.
Each client has their own front door, which reflects the ethos of the company where everyone lives as independently as possible.
We are an ethical employer and ensure that all our staff, service users and clients are treated with dignity, respect and honesty.
Our aim is to enable our clients to live as independently as possible, and this includes supporting them to learn or relearn daily living skills, engage in the community and participate in the many community activities organised by our dedicated activities co-ordinator.
You will be required to maintain accurate documentation on our electronic recording and reporting system, and to work alongside outside agencies.
You will need good communication skills and the ability to empathise with clients and to be flexible to meet their changing needs.
