About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Second Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Marston's.

As a Second Chef, you'll play a key role in supporting our Head Chef and contributing to the delivery of exceptional food and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations
  • Oversee the kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Be accountable for running the line during service, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
