About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Care Worker to join our team at Retain Healthcare. As a Community Support Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Support clients with Alzheimer's disease and challenging behavior
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records and reports
