This role involves field-based work within the designated area, where you will conduct comprehensive hearing assessments in line with HCPC standards.
You will be tasked with scheduling and attending appointments with prospective clients, as well as promoting and selling auditory solutions.
Your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:- Managing the sales administration of orders
- Precisely completing audiograms and maintaining records on the CMS system
- Providing reports to support testing, sales initiatives, and strategic planning
- Delivering outstanding aftersales support, addressing service inquiries, and resolving issues
Applicants must be qualified as a Hearing Care Specialist and possess a valid driving license.
A warm and approachable demeanor coupled with a strong work ethic is essential.
A customer-centric approach to your work and the ability to establish a solid rapport with patients and colleagues is crucial.
Compensation for the Hearing Care SpecialistAs a field-based Hearing Care Specialist, you will receive a competitive salary along with a generous commission structure.
