Your Role

As a Care Support Specialist, you will:

Essential Qualifications

- Minimum of 12 months experience in a care setting
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with service users
- Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Confidence to work independently as well as collaboratively
- A genuine passion for making a difference in others' lives
- Proficient written communication skills
