Key Responsibilities
As a Staff Nurse, you will be an integral part of a supportive team, responsible for:
- Assessing the health and well-being of patients within a complex and evolving caseload on our busy surgical wards.
- Delivering high-quality post-operative care, including wound management, intravenous therapy, and monitoring of drains.
- Enhancing your own professional knowledge and skills while contributing to the development of your colleagues.
- Promoting best practices in health, safety, and patient security.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Must be NMC registered with no restrictions on your pin.
- A minimum of 6 months of hospital experience post-graduation is required.
- Previous employment in surgical or acute care settings is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to provide the highest quality of patient care.
- Newly qualified nurses are encouraged to apply.
