Job Summary:

Spire Healthcare is seeking a skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our team in a bank position. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run nurse-led dressing and phlebotomy clinics, and assist in pre-operative minor procedures.
  • Carry out duties delegated by the OPD Manager/General Manager for the proper and efficient care of patients and the smooth running of the department.
  • Chaperone and assist Consultants during examination of patients and minor surgical procedures, and assist in arranging investigations requested by Consultants.
  • Provide high-quality evidence-based nursing care in clinic settings to facilitate smooth and efficient outpatient clinics.

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration with no restrictions.
  • Experience in either Outpatients or Minor Ops.
  • Experience of working with minimum supervision.
  • Good team player.
  • Excellent communication skills.
