About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neonatal Unit at Leeds Children's Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to infants, children, and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized family-centered care programs for patients.
  • Deliver care without supervision and take responsibility as the primary care provider for a group of patients.
  • Participate in in-service training, preceptorship, and mentorship of junior staff, post-basic learners, and students.
  • Maintain personal development and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Current registration on the appropriate part of the NMC Register or awaiting NMC Registration.
  • Registered Nurse (Child) qualification.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to act professionally at all times and maintain confidentiality.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
