As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of committed Recruitment Specialists to achieve their objectives.


Key Responsibilities of a Senior Recruitment Specialist:
  • Identifying and recruiting exceptional teaching and educational support professionals for institutions within your assigned geographical region.
  • Implementing marketing strategies to cultivate a consistent and robust pipeline of candidates and clients, utilizing both traditional and digital approaches.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with current clients.
  • Engaging in self-reflection to continuously enhance your knowledge, skills, and professional development.
  • Demonstrating prior experience in recruitment.
  • Possessing intermediate computer proficiency.
