We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety and Quality Manager to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, stakeholders, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective health, safety, and quality management systems to prevent injuries and illnesses.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide guidance on safe working practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards, and develop safe systems of work.
- Provide training and support to employees on health, safety, and quality procedures.
- Monitor and report on health, safety, and quality performance, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Liaise with external agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent HSE qualification)
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and supporting regulations
- Passionate about health, safety, and quality
- SMSTS desirable
- Relevant driving license
