Job Title: Neighbourhood Services Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Neighbourhood Services Manager, where you will play a key role in delivering outstanding housing management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of housing management services, including tenancy management, allocations, and community safety.
  • Monitor and report on performance, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.
  • Guide, manage, and inspire a team of professionals to achieve their full potential.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise neighbourhood services, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support.
  • Maintain positive relationships with the community and stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
  • Oversee the management of resources and budget, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that the team meets key performance indicators, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Act as a point of contact for any issues or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive team environment, promoting diversity and equality.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and best practices, ensuring that our services remain at the forefront of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of housing law and practice, including anti-social behaviour and enforcement.
  • Strong understanding of sustainable tenancies, including the effects of Adverse Childhood Experiences.
  • Proven team management experience, preferably with large teams of remote workers.
  • Knowledge of letting properties and tenancy management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • A commitment to fostering positive community relationships and promoting social inclusion.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
