About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Company Secretarial Assistant to join our team in Jersey. As a key member of our Company Secretarial team, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation and organization of board and committee meetings for our Group entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of board and committee meetings, including the production and distribution of board packs to directors and relevant contributors.
  • Maintain statutory records and prepare all tax and statutory returns to authorities and regulators.
  • Support compliance-related activities, including reviewing files and liaising with internal and external counsel, auditors, and directors.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of company secretarial experience.
  • Good appreciation of company law concepts.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to deliver a quality service and work under pressure.
  • ICSa qualification Diploma in Corporate Governance or studying towards it.
