Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our Rough Sleepers Mental Health Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in providing psychological support to individuals experiencing homelessness and mental health issues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of psychological interventions for individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Provide clinical supervision to junior staff members and trainees.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for service users.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local mental health services and voluntary organizations.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology.
  • HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
  • Experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs, particularly those experiencing homelessness.
  • Knowledge of research methodology and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
