Job Title: Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Ulrich GmbH & Co. KG. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological care to children and young people with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of young people referred to the service, using a range of structured and semi-structured clinical methods.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based best practice and current research.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide specialist psychological interventions and support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Participate in clinical audits and research projects to inform service development and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Good Honours degree in Psychology.
  • A recognised postgraduate doctorate in clinical/counselling psychology or equivalent.
  • Full registration with the HPC (Health Professions Council) and Current Practising.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of issues affecting young people with mental health disorders.
  • Working knowledge of legislation and its implications for clinical practice and professional management.
  • Working knowledge of traditional models of psychotherapy and evidence for their use.
