We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Office Manager to join our team at the Head Office in Maldon, Essex.

The successful candidate will provide first-class administrative support to the sales department, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage equipment orders and maintain effective communication channels with suppliers and staff members.
  • Utilize social media platforms for marketing and create monthly reports on commissions and bonuses for staff throughout the organization.
  • Provide administrative support for letters, emails, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist with areas of the purchasing department reports and foster superior communication with Managers.
  • Build relationships with suppliers and support the Sales Office team, both internally and externally.
  • Prepare letters and mail merge documents as required and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Utilize social media platforms to promote new and used equipment and handle manufacturers' paperwork.
  • Analyze and control stock of equipment and demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with customers and managers in a polite and professional manner.
