About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Team Member to join our fast-paced store team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of store administration are completed to audit standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily store administration tasks, including stock and cash handling
  • Ensure smooth running of admin processes to support great audit results
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including sales floors and stockrooms
  • Provide fast and friendly service to customers from back or front of house
  • Confidently share any administration issues or discrepancies with the Store Team
  • Take control of your own development and growth within the company

About You:

  • You are accurate, thorough, and well-organized, with excellent attention to detail
  • You take pride in your work and approach all tasks with energy and enthusiasm
  • You are friendly, calm, and efficient, even on your busiest days
  • You are a team player, but also happy to work independently and take initiative
  • You are flexible, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile
  • You are comfortable using a PC and have basic computer skills

What's Next:

As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will review the successfully completed applications and contact those who match the job criteria closest to arrange an initial interview.
