About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Business Manager. As a key member of our Shared Services Partnership, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our staff and ensuring that our organization remains competitive and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement annual learning and development programs that meet organizational needs.
  • Work closely with other departments to schedule training programs and ensure that they meet the needs of our staff.
  • Support the Resourcing Skills and Development (RSD) team in engaging with Policing Plus and implementing apprenticeships.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that training matters are addressed effectively.
  • Manage two teams and travel to Netley and Southwick Park as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of managing teams in an administrative environment.
  • Educated to QCF Level or equivalent.
  • Emotionally Aware, Collaborative, Innovative and Open Minded.
