This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading independent laboratory distributor in the UK, covering the South and Midlands regions. As a Chemical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for growing sales and margin in your territory, providing training and guidance to the wider sales force, and organizing local marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

* Be the go-to person for the Chemical & Chromatography portfolio in your territory
* Provide training, guidance, and strategy to help the wider sales force grow their sales
* Organize local marketing campaigns, assist with product/supplier launches, and attend/exhibit at relevant events
* Analyze sales data, identify market trends, and use this information to grow the business
* Work collaboratively with the wider chemical & chromatography sales team to help grow the business

Requirements:

* Sales experience selling chemical and/or chromatography products
* Laboratory experience specialising in chemical and/or chromatography
* Sales experience with a chemical background/degree
* Full driving license

Our sales organization is formed in a matrix, and this position would work alongside existing territory sales representatives and dedicated product specialists, reporting into the General Manager for Chemicals & Chromatography.

We have offices across the UK, ROI, and East Africa, with our main office based in Nottingham. We are part of the larger European group Dominique Dutscher, making us the largest independent laboratory distributor in Europe.

It is an especially exciting time to join us as we have recently moved into our new, purpose-built 56,000 sq ft headquarters at Fairham Business Park.
