About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sous Chef at Toby Carvery - Highnam. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a section of the kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement menu ideas, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in kitchen management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
