We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations professional to join our team as Deputy General Manager at Aztec Hotel & Spa.

About the Role:

As Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for managing key operational teams, including food and drink, conference, and reception. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional guest service and hospitality, ensuring that our guests and members receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate operational teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Hotel Operations, preferably in a Deputy General Manager role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
