The Copthorne Hotel Slough - Windsor is in search of a seasoned and motivated Sales Director with a strong business mindset to enhance their exceptional team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the hotel's sales initiatives in alignment with the overall financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Revenue team to formulate and execute strategic plans aimed at sourcing, driving, and expanding revenue across various segments, while continuously assessing results and modifying strategies to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Enhance market share and boost revenues in partnership with all sales resources.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of existing and prospective accounts, leading rate negotiations and account management efforts to maximize market share.
  • Design and implement marketing initiatives to support Food and Beverage sales.
  • Lead and coordinate all sales activities to optimize revenue from current accounts at both hotel and national/international levels.
  • Engage in forecasting hotel business mix, revenues, and control mechanisms.
