Job Type: Full-time
Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week, 2 days from home
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced People Services Manager to lead our HR & Payroll team in providing transactional HR support to our global workforce of over 2000 employees. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing people data, policies, and procedural changes, as well as supporting the organization across a broad remit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a transactional HR & Payroll team, supporting employees globally
- Full accountability for the HRIS and people data
- Accountability for 9 different internal payrolls
- Work with the technology team to build people dashboards, deciding on key people metrics that will support day-to-day management of teams and feed into the wider people plan
- Design and deliver training to the wider business on HR best practice and processes
- Redesign internal processes to create simpler and more efficient ways of working
- Full accountability for HR compliance and GDPR processes
- Support on internal and external audits, providing people data as and where needed
- Deliver on a range of administrative HR duties for TUPE, Pension, Benefits, etc.
- Deliver a first-class customer service to employees
