We are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Services Manager to lead our team in providing transactional HR support to our global workforce. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing people data, policies, and procedural changes, as well as supporting the development and upskilling of junior professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of HR & Payroll administrators in providing transactional HR support to our global workforce.
- Manage people data, policies, and procedural changes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Support the development and upskilling of junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to train and upskill them on HR best practice and encourage autonomy in delivering HR duties.
- Design and deliver training programs to the wider business on HR best practice and processes.
- Redesign internal processes to create simpler and more efficient ways of working.
- Ensure full accountability for HR compliance and GDPR processes.
- Support internal and external audits by providing people data as needed.
- Deliver administrative HR duties for TUPE, Pension, Benefits, and other related tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees.
