Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of HR & Payroll administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services.
- Manage people data, policies, and procedural changes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee the administration of internal payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with the technology team to design and implement people dashboards, providing key metrics to support day-to-day management of teams and inform the wider people plan.
- Develop and deliver training programs to the wider business on HR best practices and processes, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Redesign internal processes to create simpler and more efficient ways of working, driving business growth and productivity.
- Ensure full accountability for HR compliance and GDPR processes, supporting internal and external audits as needed.
- Deliver a range of administrative HR duties, including TUPE, Pension, and Benefits administration.
