A fantastic opportunity has become available to join the People Team at Inspired Gaming Group. The role will primarily be based in Burton on Trent, with travel to other sites within the UK and will report into the Senior People Partner within the Operations function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and coach line managers through the employee relations process, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Provide guidance on sickness absence management cases, ensuring policy guidelines are adhered to and supporting in managing capability cases where necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with mid/senior-level stakeholders, understanding their business needs and advising them on HR best practices.
  • Support line managers with any recruitment requirements, where appropriate, to ensure consistency and best practice is applied.
  • Collaborate with the Senior People Partner and the L&D team to continuously evolve and deliver learning and development programs, aimed at upskilling and building capability within the Operations function.
  • Work with members of our internal skills matrix team (TIER) to ensure continuous development and best practice.
  • Utilize the HR Information System (HRIS) to pull detailed data and generate insightful reports for senior leadership and HR teams, which in turn supports with strategic decision-making.
  • Support the Senior People Partner with any operational engagement initiatives, which includes leading focus groups / working parties and supporting departmental leads with development of their departmental engagement action plans.
  • Support the wider People Team with any central people initiatives and ad-hoc projects.

  • CIPD Level 3 + (preferred but not essential)
