Job Title: Strategic Partnership Development Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager to lead our national customer-facing programme of planned investment, cyclical and major works, responsive repairs and voids. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and fostering long-term strategic relationships with key partners, leading and managing a team of Senior Contract Surveyors, and ensuring an excellent customer service is delivered to all Stonewater customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
- Lead and manage a team of Senior Contract Surveyors to deliver national customer-facing programmes
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered to all Stonewater customers
- Drive costs down while improving economic and social value
- Manage large national service budgets
- Work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Have good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
- Have knowledge of the housing industry, including building components and diagnosis of building defects
- Have knowledge of building law, regulation, building contracts, contract law and Health & Safety legislation and best practice
