Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Develop and implement efficient financial systems and processes to improve financial performance and reduce costs.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a small team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives.

Requirements:

  • Recognised Accountancy Qualification: CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification is essential.

  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in financial systems and technologies, including Excel and other relevant software.
