Virtuoso Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Executive in the Charity Sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the non-profit sector and be able to build relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales growth.

Job Purpose & Objectives

The primary focus of this role will be to prospect for new business and deliver sales, and profit targets within the Charity Sector. You will build a pipeline and manage through to closure, responding in a timely manner to inbound and self-generated leads.

You will work closely with other departments to deal with issues and follow up requests through to completion, ensuring consistently high standards of communication and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating a new pipeline of customers, with a focus on Charities and Corporates supporting Charities
  • Responding to all inbound leads directly from potential customers or partners
  • Liaising with the customer and internal teams to get account applications fully completed, signed and submitted to relevant acquirer
  • Ensuring the correct product is ordered and relevant contract signed
  • Providing a smooth handover to Customer Service
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the Charity Sector
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales, distribution and profit targets
  • Providing regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and pipeline growth

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the non-profit sector and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
