Job Opportunity: Band 5 Community Dietitian

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Band 5 Community Dietitian to join our team at a leading NHS client in East London. As a Locum Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dietetic services to adults in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver dietetic services to adults in the community, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of nutrition-related health issues.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans to promote healthy eating habits and improve patient outcomes.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of post-graduate experience in the NHS, preferably in a community setting.
  • HCPC registration and a degree or higher in Dietetics.
  • Clear and Enhanced DBS clearance.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £22.00.
  • A 3-month contract with the likelihood of extension.
