Job Summary

We are seeking a Night Porter to join our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the inn, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the inn, including the restaurant, lounge, and toilets.
  • Prepare the restaurant for breakfast and put out the buffet table.
  • Patrol the inn for security checks.
  • Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards.
