About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnerships Director to join our team at The City Recruiter. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth through partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies: Work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with our business objectives.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and industry experts, to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Monitor and Analyze Partnership Performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop and present regular reports to senior management on partnership performance, insights, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) in partnerships, business development, or a similar role, ideally within the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, analytical mindset, and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Travel: Flexibility to travel as required for partner meetings and events.
