Job Summary

Selwood Housing is seeking an experienced Compliance Project Surveyor to join our team on a fixed-term contract. As a Compliance Project Surveyor, you will oversee the delivery of various programmes across core areas, ensuring our properties are safe and maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contracts and chair regular progress meetings
  • Provide advice on programme quality, design, and costs
  • Liaise with internal and external teams
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Drive our commitment to provide safe, comfortable, and accessible housing

Requirements

  • HNC or CIOB in Building or Surveying or equivalent experience
  • Experience of maintenance management and/or construction management
  • Demonstrable and proven track record working in Compliance Management within a Social Housing environment
  • Demonstrates understanding of the purpose of monitoring KPI's and has experience of contract monitoring
