Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Project Surveyor to join our team at Selwood Housing Group. As a Compliance Project Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of various programmes across multiple core areas, ensuring our properties are safe and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contracts and chair regular progress meetings to ensure programme quality, design, and costs are met.
  • Provide advice on programme quality, design, and costs to internal and external teams.
  • Liaise with various teams to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Drive our commitment to provide safe, comfortable, and accessible housing across the South West.

Requirements

  • HNC or CIOB in Building or Surveying or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of maintenance management and/or construction management.
  • Demonstrable and proven track record working in Compliance Management within a Social Housing environment.
  • Knowledge, understanding, and some experience of managing contracts within budgetary constraints.
  • Ability to drive with access to a vehicle for business use.
