About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Project Surveyor to join our team at Selwood Housing Group. As a Compliance Project Surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our organization's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance initiatives and ensure effective governance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners
  • Provide expert advice on compliance matters and ensure that our organization remains up-to-date with the latest regulatory requirements
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £44,500 - £49,500
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with 1 to 3 days on-site
  • A full-time position with 37 hours per week
  • A 16-month fixed-term contract
