**About the Role**
SRG is seeking a skilled Production Chemistry Technician to join their team in Glasgow. As a key member of the scientific operations shift team, you will play a crucial role in setting up automated chemical reactions and maintaining laboratory equipment.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Assist in the setup and operation of automated chemical reactions
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure laboratory maintenance is up-to-date across the business
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to achieve cross-disciplinary tasks
**Requirements**
• Recent chemistry graduates or equivalent experience
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and contribute
• Ability to work one of the following shift patterns: evening shift (Mon-Fri) or weekend pattern (Sat & Sun 9-5 and 3 weekday evening shifts)
• Demonstrable knowledge of safe laboratory practices
