  • Ensure the home is maintained in a clean and tidy condition, promoting a safe and healthy environment for all residents.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of each young person's progress, with supervision and guidance from senior staff.
  • Contribute to the educational and social development of each young person, assisting in the implementation of individual education programs.
  • Meet the emotional and physical needs of our young people, promoting their overall well-being and development.
  • Support the deputy/manager of the home in their duties, taking on senior responsibilities as directed.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working in a children's home setting, with a strong understanding of residential care principles.
  • Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including sleep ins, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
