Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a leading main contractor, on a new residential development in South East London.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a £12m new build residential project, consisting of apartments, and be part of a team that has seen substantial growth in challenging times.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with experience in residential projects from tender stage to completion. They will be able to demonstrate stable long-term employment and be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship of a visa.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the quantity surveying function on the project
- Coordinating with the project team to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who can make a significant contribution to our client's success. If you have a UK Quantity Surveying qualification and a passion for quantity surveying, we would love to hear from you.
Please note that this is a permanent position, and the successful candidate will be based on site with some flexibility to work from home.
