Role Overview:

The primary objective of this role is to address all customer inquiries and ensure a high level of satisfaction with the company's offerings. You will serve as the escalation point for customer grievances, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage in administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Utilize your knowledge of products and supply chain operations to assist the Customer Development Manager in guiding the team towards delivering exceptional service.
  3. Maintain and update customer records in the company database.

  5. Support the management of high volumes of internal and external communications via email and phone.
  6. Adopt a proactive stance in customer service, utilizing in-house management systems for efficient product tracking and coordination with Site Managers and Buyers.
  7. Ensure accurate updates to the CRM system.

Qualifications:
