The primary objective of this role is to address all customer inquiries and ensure a high level of satisfaction with the company's offerings. You will serve as the escalation point for customer grievances, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize your knowledge of products and supply chain operations to assist the Customer Development Manager in guiding the team towards delivering exceptional service.
- Maintain and update customer records in the company database.

- Support the management of high volumes of internal and external communications via email and phone.

- Ensure accurate updates to the CRM system.
