Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: London UK with business travel to Europe and the USA.

Position Overview:

In the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be instrumental in defining the technological vision and strategy for Winston Fox. You will lead a skilled team of engineers, developers, and IT specialists, fostering innovation and ensuring the effective integration of our cloud and AI infrastructure offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate and implement the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap of the company, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics.
  2. Guide, mentor, and oversee the engineering and IT teams, promoting a culture of innovation, teamwork, and ongoing enhancement.
  3. Supervise the design, development, and implementation of scalable cloud and AI infrastructure solutions.
  4. Guarantee the security, dependability, and performance of the company’s technology platforms.
  5. Collaborate with fellow executive leaders to identify and prioritize new business ventures and partnerships.
  6. Remain informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential effects on the company’s products and services.
  7. Propel the adoption of best practices in software development, system architecture, and project management.
  8. Represent the company at technical forums, conferences, and industry events, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and thought leaders.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. An MBA or equivalent is advantageous.
  2. Demonstrated experience as a CTO or in a comparable leadership position within a technology-focused organization, ideally in the cloud computing or AI sector.
  3. Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML technologies, and large-scale distributed systems.
  4. Proven success in leading and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
  5. Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  7. Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  8. A solid track record of driving innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  9. An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
